Frequently Asked Questions
How do I upgrade to a higher-level plan?
Your current plan is shown in the pricing table. Select the desired new plan and click on the Upgrade Plan button to check out. You will be charged the cost of the new plan, minus the pro-rata amount for your current plan. The new plan will take effect immediately with the same recurring payment date.
How do I change the billing frequency?
To upgrade from monthly to yearly billing for the same or a higher-level plan, locate the desired yearly plan and click on the Upgrade Plan button to check out. You will be charged the yearly cost of the new plan, minus the pro-rata amount for your current plan. The new plan will take effect immediately and the recurring payment date will reset to the checkout date.
If you wish to move from yearly to monthly billing for the same plan, please send an email to Academy@ShootMyArt.com with your request. Your plan will renew with the new billing frequency at the end of the current billing period; no refund will be issued. You can always return to yearly billing at a later date.
What if my circumstances have changed and I need to move to a lower-level plan?
If you wish to downgrade to a less-expensive plan, please send an email to Academy@ShootMyArt.com with your request. Your new plan will take effect at the end of the current billing period; until then, you will continue to have access under your current plan. No refund will be issued. You can always upgrade your plan at a later date.
How do I cancel my membership?
We’d be sorry to see you go and encourage you to consider remaining a member at the free Creator level. But we also understand there may be circumstances in which you find it necessary to completely cancel your membership. If so, please send an email to Academy@ShootMyArt.com with your request.
What if I have a question about changing my membership?
